中药贴敷对社区冠心病患者红外热成像及抑郁量表影响的研究

摘　　要：目的通过患者背俞穴、募穴、原穴等特定穴位红外温度的组间比较研究与自身对照研究,观察贴敷法对冠心病的红外热成像及抑郁量表的影响。方法选取沈阳市皇姑区龙江社区冠心病志愿者20例和健康志愿者20名,分为治疗组与健康组。采用红外热成像技术分析治疗组的温度特异性穴位;采用红外热成像技术、抑郁量表(HAMD)分析治疗效应。结果与健康组相比,发现治疗组体表温度特异性穴位(P<0.05)心俞(左)、心俞(右)、大陵(左)、大陵(右)、膻中;在治疗后进行红外热成像的前后对照研究发现膻中、心俞穴有体表温度变化(P<0.05);治疗后,采用HAMD进行抑郁量表评分,治疗前和治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者背俞穴、募穴、原穴有红外温度低温表现。本研究的贴敷治疗对冠心病患者穴位的刺激可以影响心区体表代谢,贴敷方法还可以缓解冠心病患者抑郁症状。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the infrared thermography and depression scale of coronary heart disease by comparing the group specific infrared temperature of back-shu point,front-mu point and yuan-primary point with the self-control study.Methods A total of 20 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 20 healthy volunteers from Huanggu District Longjiang community in Shenyang were selected and divided into treatment group and healthy group.The temperature specific acupoints in the treatment group were analyzed by infrared thermography,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed by infrared thermography and Depression Scale(HAMD).Results Compared with the healthy group,BL15(left),BL15(right),PC7(left),PC7(right)and RN17 were found in the heat sensitive acupoints of the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the infrared thermography before and after the treatment,the temperature of RN17 and BL15 acupoints changed(P<0.05).After the treatment,HAMD was used to score depression scale,and the difference was statistically significant before and after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,the acupoint stimulation in patients with coronary heart disease can affect the metabolism of the body surface in the heart region,and the application method can also alleviate the depression symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease.
