摘　　要：目的对壮医浅刺刺痧疗法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症进行临床观察。方法于2020年1月—2021年1月选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院排卵障碍性不孕症患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各31例,分别采取壮医浅刺刺痧疗法和西药常规治疗方法。结果观察组妊娠率明显高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮医浅刺刺痧疗法治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者疗效显著,具有一定推广价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of Zhuang medicine shallow pricking therapy in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,62 patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The patients were treated with shallow acupuncture therapy of Zhuang medicine and conventional treatment of western medicine,respectively.Results The pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuang medicine shallow pricking therapy has a significant effect on anovulatory infertility.It is worthy of promotion value.
