针刺条口穴联合气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺条口穴联合气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法经过医院和患者知情同意,选择门诊的患者52例,采用随机数字法将其分为试验组、对照组各26例。试验组26例采用针刺条口穴联合气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗肩周炎;对照组26例使用常规针刺患侧肩髃、肩髎、肩贞穴治疗肩周炎。治疗周期10 d。治疗效果指标依据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》拟定疗效标准。结果本项研究结果表明,2组治疗后各项评分均较前明显降低(均P<0.01),试验组愈显率为92.31%(24/26),优于对照组的73.08%(19/26)(P<0.01)。表明治疗后2组患者肩周炎的情况均得到了明显改善,试验组疗效优于对照组。结论针刺条口穴联合气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗肩周炎,见效快,操作简单,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Tiaokou(ST38)combined with ballistic shock wave on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 52 outpatients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with informed consent of the hospital and patients.26 cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture at Tiaokou(ST38)combined with air pressure ballistic extracorporeal shock wave.26 cases in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture at the affected side of Jianyu(LI15),Jianliao(SJ14)and Jianzhen(SI9).The treatment period was 10 days.The therapeutic effect index is based on the guiding principle of clinical research of new Chinese medicine.Results The results of this study showed that the scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.3%,which was better than 73.1%of the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that the periarthritis of shoulder in the two groups was significantly improved,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion acupuncture at Tiaokou(ST38)combined with air pressure ballistic extracorporeal shock wave has quick effect,simple operation and significant effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
