小针刀联合腰椎整脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用小针刀联合腰椎整脊手法治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者共70例为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采用腰椎整脊手法治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用小针刀进行治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后VAS评分、ODI评分等指标。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者VAS评分和ODI评分均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小针刀联合腰椎整脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者能有效改善患者的腰椎活动功能及缓解腰椎疼痛感,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with lumbar spine manipulation on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with lumbar spine manipulation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupotomy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,VAS score,and ODI score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there had was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy combined with lumbar spine manipulation can effectively improve the lumbar spine function and relieve lumbar pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation,which is worthy of clinical application.
