体育强国背景下高校体育选项课程的价值思考和本位回归

摘　　要：自体育强国战略提出,国家体育战略的内涵和具体目标也越来越清晰,基于实现体育强国战略的多方面研究也逐渐成为热点。高校体育教学在促进青少年体质健康和群众体育的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。高校体育课程是高校体育的重要组成部分,面对体育强国和全民健身的新要求,应该做出相应改变。该文通过查阅有关文献,结合笔者的工作实际经验分析发现,专项性是高校不同体育选项课之间的本质特征。确定了以"基本功"教学为重点的实践内容教学体系;以促进学生学会科学锻炼为重点的理论课内容体系;准确定位高校体育选项课在提高学生身体素质的作用,为高校体育选项课改革提供参考。Since the strategy of sports power was put forward,the connotation and specif ic objectives of the national sports strategy have become more and more clear.Based on the realization of sports power strategy,various aspects of research have gradually become a hot spot.As the last pass of school physical education,colleges and universities play an important role in promoting the physical health of young people and the development of mass sports.College physical education curriculum is an important part of college physical education.Facing the new requirements of sports power and national f itness,we should do something.Through consulting the relevant literature,combined with the analysis of practical work experience,it is found that specif icity is the essential characteristic of dif ferent optional courses of physical education in colleges and universities.This paper determines the practical content teaching system focusing on"basic skills"teaching;the theoretical course content system focusing on promoting students to learn scientif ic exercise;accurately positioning the role of college sports elective course in improving students'physical quality,providing reference for the reform of college sports optional course.
