摘 要:人们参加体育活动的目的是促进健康、增强体质和提高运动能力,要达到这个目的,只有掌握了运动引起机体变化规律的知识,才能做到科学地安排各种体育活动,进而才能实现以上目标。运动生物化学是从分子水平揭示运动引起机体变化规律的科学,运动性疲劳是机体运动时的重要变化,故而该文通过文献资料法分析和总结运动性疲劳的生化特点,为运动性疲劳恢复提供一定的参考价值。The purpose of people participating in sports activities is to promote health,strengthen physical f itness and improve athletic ability.To achieve this goal,only by mastering the knowledge of the laws of changes in the body caused by sports can we arrange various sports activities scientif ically,and then achieve the above aims.Sports biochemistry is a science that reveals the law of changes in the body caused by exercise at the molecular level.Sports fatigue is an important change in the body during exercise.Therefore,the biochemical characteristics of sports fatigue are analyzed and summarized through the literature material method to provide a certain reference value for sports fatigue recovery.
