摘 要:该文运用文献资料法、实验法、数据统计法的研究方法,对运球折返跑对小学生体考5×80m项目成绩的影响进行研究。研究结果发现,普通练习折返跑的学生实验之后的成绩变化,没有运球折返跑训练的一组学生成绩明显。可以认为是运球折返跑更加能够让小学生的5×80m项目成绩得到提升,证明了运球折返跑比起普通的折返跑训练起到的训练效果明显。基于此,建议用运球折返跑来训练学生的5×80m项目,让学生既学到运球技巧又提升田径速度。This article uses literature method,experiment method,and statistical method to study the impact of dribbling back and forth on pupils'physical test scores of 5×80 meters.The results of the study found that the results after the experiment of the students who practiced the reentry running in ordinary practice were more obvious than those of the group of students who did not practice the reentry running of dribble.It can be considered that the dribble reentry run can improve the pupils'5×80 meters project performance,which proves t hat t he dribble reentry r un has a better t raining effect t han t he ordinary reentry r un t raining.In t his regard,it is recommended to use the dribble and return run to train the students'5×80 meters project,so that students can learn dribbling skills and track and f ield speed.
