爵士舞训练对女大学生身体自尊的影响

摘  要:该文以探讨爵士舞训练对女大学生身体自尊的影响为目的。选取100名在校女大学生作为被试对象,分为实验组和对照组,每组各50名被试者,采用问卷调查法对被试者身体自尊水平进行测试,运用数理统计法对问卷调查结果进行分析。结果显示:经过3个月爵士舞训练的女大学生,实验组在身体自我价值感、运动能力、身体状况方面具有显著性变化(P≤0.05),在身体吸引力和身体素质方面产生了非常显著差异(P≤0.01)。结论:爵士舞的训练能够大幅提升女大学生的身体素质和运动能力,使女大学生对自己的身体形态和自身吸引力更加自信,身体状况越来越好。This article aims to explore the inf luence of jazz dance training on the physical self-esteem of female college students.Select 100 female college students at school as subjects,divide them into experimental group and control group,each with 50 subjects.Questionnaire survey method is used to test the subjects'self-esteem level,and mathematical statistics method is used to analyze the questionnaire survey results.The results showed that after three months of jazz dance training for female college students,the experimental group had signif icant changes in physical self-worth,athletic ability,and physical condition(P≤0.05),and had very signif icant changes in physical attractiveness and physical f itness difference(P≤0.01).Conclusion:Jazz dance training can greatly improve the physical f itness and athletic ability of female college students,and make female college students more conf ident in their physical shape and attractiveness,and their physical condition is getting better and better.
