摘　　要：重视老年群体的体育锻炼需求,丰富老年群体的体育生活,完善老年体育服务以保障老年体育的常态化、普及化,是江苏省城乡老年体育事业健康发展的必然要求。该文采用问卷调查法研究江苏省城乡老年人的体育活动参与情况,从活动方式、活动类型和参与度3个方面对研究结果做出分析,并针对存在的问题制定解决对策,推动江苏省城乡老年体育生活的高质量发展。It is an inevitable requirement for the healthy development of urban and rural elderly sports in Jiangsu Province t o pay a ttention t o the physical exercise n eeds of t he elderly,enrich their s ports life,a nd improve their sports ser vices to ensure the normalization and popularization of the elderly sports.This paper uses the method of questionnaire to study the participation of the elderly in sports activities in urban and rural areas of Jiangsu Province,analyzes the results of the research from three aspects of activity mode,activity type and participation,and formulates solutions to the existing problems,so as to promote the highquality development of the elderly sports life in urban and rural areas of Jiangsu Province.
