摘  要:基于锂离子电池二维平面电位与电流密度研究,结合电池组成材料的热物性参数,建立锂离子电池放电热行为热模型,开展了单体电池瞬态热行为流热数值仿真,结合电池温升曲线实验,验证了锂离子电池数值仿真模型。研究结果表明:基于二维电流密度非均匀分布所建三维单体锂电池热模型能够较准确地描述电池的实际放电热行为;电池外壳材质对热模型传热效果具有一定的影响。The lithium-ion battery thermal model of discharging behavior was established,which based on the twodimensional modeling of the potential and current density distribution model and material parameters in thermal and physical properties of the lithium-ion battery,and had carried out the numerical simulation of transient thermal behavior of the single battery.Combined with the curve of temperature rise test of the cell,the numerical simulation model of lithium-ion battery was verified.The results show that the three-dimensional single lithium battery thermal model can accurately describe the actual discharge and heating hebavior of the battery,which based on the twodimensional current density non-uniform distribution.Otherwise,the heat transfer effect of thermal model is influenced by the material of battery shell in a certain degree.
