摘  要:双极板作为质子交换膜燃料电池中最重要的部件之一,与气体扩散层之间的接触电阻直接影响电池的效率和输出性能。考虑到传统离线接触电阻测试方法在适用范围的限制性和测量准确度方面的问题,设计了一种用于双极板接触电阻测量的带凸台面结构的新型镀金铜板,并对其进行了有限元力学仿真分析和实验研究。仿真分析显示该结构设计提高了碳纸和待测样品接触面上受力的均匀性,实验结果也验证了采用该新型铜板结构极大地提高了样品电阻值的准确性。The interfacial contact resistance(ICR)between bipolar plates(BPPs)which is one of the key components in Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)with the gas diffusion layers(GDLs)directly affects the efficiency and output performance of cells.Considering the defects in terms of application range and measurement accuracy of the traditional off-line contact resistance test method,a new type of gold-coated copper plate with a convex plane structure was designed for the measurement of the ICR of BPPs,finite element mechanical simulation and experimental research on the copper plates were also conducted.Simulation analysis shows that the uniformity of the force on the contact surface between carbon papers and BPPs specimen to be tested are improved,and the experiment results also verify that the new type copper plate greatly improves the accuracy of the resistance of specimens.
