摘 要:提出了一种基于改进型差值法测量接触电阻率的方法,研究了工程实践中各因素对双极板与碳纸间接触电阻率的影响。结果表明:碳纸疏水处理,其接触电阻率会提高10%。金属双极板电堆的组装压强要求大于1.2 MPa。双极板与碳纸接触电阻率起决定作用的是肩部比例。碳纸纵横向放置对双极板接触电阻率的影响在1%范围内,碳纸轧制刀模可以横纵排列,以提高其利用率。不锈钢表面粗糙度对于接触电阻率影响较大,不同粗糙度其接触电阻率差异最大可以达到5倍,电堆厂家需要考虑碳纸与双极板的匹配问题,可以在确定碳纸种类后,选择合适的箔材。A model for measuring contact resistivity based on an improved difference method was proposed,and the influence of various factors in engineering practice on the contact resistivity of bipolar plates and carbon paper was studied.The results show that the hydrophobic treatment carbon paper will increase the contact group rate by 10%.The assembly pressure of the metal bipolar plate stack is required to be greater than 1.2 MPa.The contact resistivity between the bipolar plate and the carbon paper determines the shoulder ratio.The vertical and horizontal placement of carbon paper has an effect on the contact resistance of the bipolar plate within 1%,and the carbon paper rolling die can be arranged horizontally and vertically to improve its utilization rate.The surface roughness of stainless steel has a great influence on the contact resistance.The difference in contact resistance of different roughnesses can be up to 5 times.The stack manufacturer needs to consider the matching of carbon paper and bipolar plates.The appropriate foil can be chosen after determining the type of carbon paper.
