摘  要:通过感应熔炼和退火的方法制备了2H-A_(2)B_(7)和3R-A_(2)B_(7)相共存的La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)合金,研究了退火温度对La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)合金物相组成、电化学和动力学性能的影响。结果表明:不同退火温度下La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)合金的物相组成都为Gd_(2)Co_(7)型3R-A_(2)B_(7)和Ce_(2)Ni_(7)型2H-A_(2)B_(7)相,随着退火温度的升高,2H-A_(2)B_(7)相含量逐渐升高、3R-A_(2)B_(7)相含量逐渐减小,3R-A_(2)B_(7)相逐渐向2H-A_(2)B_(7)相转变。A_(2)B_(7)-1和A_(2)B_(7)-4合金都只存在一个放氢平台,而A_(2)B_(7)-2和A_(2)B_(7)-3合金都包含两个放氢平台;随着退火温度升高,La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)合金电极的HRD_(1440)、C_(1440)和I_(0)都表现为先增加而后减小的趋势,在退火温度为950℃时取得最大值,合金电极具有最佳的电催化活性。氢扩散不是合金电极的动力学控制要素,而合金电极的高倍率放电性能主要由交换电流密度I_(0)决定。La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)alloy with coexistence of 2H-A_(2)B_(7)and 3R-A_(2)B_(7)phases was prepared by induction melting and annealing,the effects of annealing temperature on the phase composition,electrochemical and mechanical properties of La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)alloy were studied.The results show that the phase composition of La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)alloy is Gd_(2)Co_(7)type 3R-A_(2)B_(7)and Ce_(2)Ni_(7)type 2H-A_(2)B_(7)phase at different annealing temperatures.With the increase of annealing temperature,the phase content of 2H-A_(2)B_(7)increases gradually,the phase content of 3RA_(2)B_(7)decreases gradually,and the phase of 3R-A_(2)B_(7)changes gradually to 2H-A_(2)B_(7).There is only one dehydrogenation platform in A_(2)B_(7)-1 and A_(2)B_(7)-4 alloys,while A_(2)B_(7)-2 and A_(2)B_(7)-3 alloys contain two dehydrogenation platforms.With the increase of annealing temperature,the HRD_(1440),C_(1440)and I_(0)of La_(0.58)Nd_(0.13)Mg_(0.26)Ni_(3.4)alloy electrodes increase first and then decrease,the maximum value is obtained at 950℃,and the alloy electrodes have the best electrocatalytic activity.Hydrogen diffusion is not a dynamic control factor of alloy electrodes,and the high rate discharge performance of alloy electrodes is mainly determined by the exchange current density I_(0).
