摘 要:试验对3年生人参在展叶期后到叶片枯萎前的每日太阳升起之前2 h和日落之后2 h,分别利用LED植物灯照射白光、蓝光、黄光、红光和红蓝混合光补光处理,并以不补光作为对照,分析了不同光质补光对人参光合特性的影响。结果表明:5个处理与对照相比,均不同程度的提高了人参的净光合速率、叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO_(2)浓度,其中,红蓝混合光效果最显著,净光合速率的日变化出现了双峰曲线,分别在上午9:00~11:00和下午13:00~15:00;红光处理下提高了叶片光能利用率、实际电子传递效率,红蓝混合光减少了电子传递过程的热消耗。5个处理对人参的茎高、根长、根粗、根鲜重、根干重有明显的促进作用,其中,混合光的效果最为明显,蓝光对于人参根粗的增长效果仅次于混合光。该试验为农田栽参的补光技术提供了理论基础。In this experiment,three-year-old ginseng was treated with LED plant lights to irradiate white light,blue light,yellow light,red light,and mixed light of red and blue from the day after the leaf development period to before the leaf withering two hours before the sun rises and two hours after sunset.The photosynthetic characteristics of ginseng with different light quality and supplemented light was analyzed Compared with the control,the five treatments all improved the net photosynthetic rate,leaf stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular CO_(2) concentration,the effect of red and blue mixed light is the most significant,and the daily change of net photosynthetic rate has a double-peak curve,which is at 9:00~11:00 in themorning and 13:00~15:00 in the afternoon.The light energy utilization rate of the blade,the actual electron transfer efficiency,and the red and blue mixed light reduce the heat consumption of the electron transfer process.The five treatments have obvious promoting effects on the stem height,root length,root thickness,root fresh weight and root dry weight of ginseng.Among them,the effect of mixed light is the most obvious,and the effect of blue light on the growth of ginseng root thickness is second only to mixed light.This experiment provides a theoretical basis for planting ginseng in farmland.
