摘 要:为解决露天铜钼矿由于矿体发生变化造成原开采境界无法满足生产要求的问题,采用3DMine软件建立矿床地质数据库、矿体三维模型及块段品位模型。综合考虑铜、钼价格,选矿回收率及采矿成本、选矿成本对露天开采境界的影响,快速生成18个露天境界,通过与经济合理剥采比对比最终确定17号优化露天境界为最优露天境界。根据优化后的结果对露天境界进行了设计,优化后的露天境界比原露天境界多采出铜矿石量191.6万t、钼矿石量3.85万t,剥采比由原来的2.60m^(3)/m^(3)降低为1.79m^(3)/m^(3)。In order to solve the problem that the original mining boundary of open-pit copper-molybdenum mine can not meet the production requirements due to the change of ore body,the geological database of deposit,three-dimensional model of ore body and block grade model are established by 3DMine software.The study takes into account comprehensively the influence of copper and molybdenum price,mineral processing recovery,as well as mining cost and mineral processing cost on the open-pit mining boundary,quickly generates 18 open-pit boundaries,and finally determines the No.17 optimized open-pit boundary was determined to be the optimal open-pit boundary by comparing the economic reasonable stripping ratio.According to the optimization results,the open-pit boundary is designed.Compared with the original open-pit boundary,the optimized open-pit boundary produces 1.916 million tons more copper ores and 38500 tons more molybdenum ores,and the stripping ratio is reduced from 2.60 m ^(3)/m ^(3) to 1.79 m ^(3)/m ^(3).
