With the rapid development of aquaculture, the problem of marine eutrophication is increasing.Macroalgae can effectively control and repair the eutrophic sea area by utilizing its super-absorption ability of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients. In order to analyze the growth conditions of Codium fragile Hariot in mariculture areas, which has high economic value, taken from the raft in Luoyuan Bay,Lianjiang County,Fujian Province, the effects of temperature(18,25 and 32℃)and salinity(10,20 and 30)on the growth and nutrient absorption of Codium fragile Hariot were studied under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the growth of Codium fragile Hariot was significantly affected by temperature(P<0.01),salinity and their interaction(P<0.05).Under the conditions of 25℃and salinity 20,the specific growth rate(SGR)of Codium fragile Hariot was the highest, reaching 89.45%.Under the conditions of 32℃and salinity 30,the absorption of nutrients by Codium fragile Hariot was the best, especially for NH+4-N.The research results provided some references for the selection of bioremediation population and the artificial culture of Codium fragile Hariot.
