摘 要:中部引黄工程地下泵站从黄河天桥库区取水,取水口年均含沙量约为4.16kg/m 3。为提高水泵在高含沙水流运行条件下的抗泥沙磨蚀性能,本文对一期安装的两台立式、单吸、单级蜗壳式离心泵,从优化水泵水力设计、选择抗磨蚀结构设计、选用较优的耐磨蚀材料、采用最佳的加工制造方式和抗泥沙磨蚀保护涂层等方面,进行了抗泥沙磨蚀措施论述和分析。目前水泵已完成调试运行,通流部件未见磨蚀,抗泥沙磨蚀性能显著提高。The underground pumping station of the central Yellow River Diversion Project draws water from Yellow River Tianqiao Reservoir Area.The average annual sediment concentration at the intake is about 4.16kg/m 3.Two vertical,single suction and single stage volute centrifugal pumps installed in the first stage are described and analyzed according to water pump silt abrasion measures from the aspects of optimization of pump hydraulic design,choice of abrasion resistant structure design,selection of the excellent abrasion resistant materials,the best way of processing and manufacturing,sediment abrasion resistant protective coating,etc.for improving the sediment abrasion resistance performance of the water pump under the condition of high sand stream flow.At present,the commissioning operation of the pump has been completed,and no abrasion of the through-flow components has been observed.The abrasion resistance performance of the water pump has been significantly improved.
