摘  要:文章针对C型独立液货罐多体罐之间Y型接头屈服强度校核的问题,依据中国船级社《散装运输液化气体船舶构造与设备规范》,在MSC.patran的基础上结合二次开发语言PCL,开发精细网格自动细化工具,突破了Y型接头处2D和3D网格细化的难题,使用迭代排除的方法解决了对承压木真实模拟的问题,并设计1套载荷计算和自动施加、应力线性化及屈服校核软件。通过算例测试证明了开发系统自动计算结果的有效性和准确性,可以为工程设计人员大大节约工作量,大幅提高工作效率。Th paper aims at check the yield strength of the Y-joint between multi-body tanks of C-type independent cargo tanks.According to"Specifications for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk"of China Classification Society,a fine mesh automatic thinning tool is developed to break the problem of 2D and 3D mesh thinning at the Y-joint combined with the secondary development language PCL based on MSC.patran.The iterative elimination method is used to solve the problem of real simulation of bearing wood.A set of software for load calculation and automatic application,stress linearization and yield check is designed.The effectiveness and accuracy of the automatic calculation results of this system are proved by example tests,which can greatly save the workload and greatly improve the work efficiency for engineering designers.
