摘 要:针对自航绞吸船在艏部设置辅钢桩定位系统存在的影响航速等问题,提出了在"天鲲"号超大型自航绞吸挖泥船艏部设置钢桩门的解决方案。该解决方案不仅可以保持完整的艏部线型,减小航行阻力,而且还可以减小辅钢桩甲板作业空间。文章介绍了"天鲲"号辅钢桩门装置的设计方案,以及辅桩钢桩门结构设计,最后提出辅钢桩门开闭油缸等关键设备的选型计算方法及选型结果,可为超大型自航绞吸式挖泥船的辅钢桩门装置的设计分析提供参考和设计思路。Aiming at the problems that affect the speed of the SCSD when the auxiliary spud positioning system is installed in the bow,the super SCSD,"Tiankun",proposes a new solution for setting a auxiliary spud gate in the bow.The solution can not only maintain the complete bow line shape and reduce the navigation resistance,but also reduce the working space of auxiliary spud.The paper introduces the design solution of"Tiankun"auxiliary spud gate,and the structure design of auxiliary spud gate.Finally,the selection and calculation method and results of key equipment such as the gate opening and closing hydraulic cylinder are carried out.The paper can provide references for the design and research of the auxiliary spud gate which is used in super SCSD.
