摘 要:微小扭矩校准技术在精密控制、航天等领域具有十分重要的意义,目前电磁力矩器用于等臂法产生扭矩的校准技术,在精度、稳定、微型化等方面仍具有一定的挑战性。文章研制了一种用于高精度动态微小扭矩校准的电磁力矩器,用于微小精密等臂法专用微小扭矩校准系统。首先,采用音圈电机、挠性支承、等臂梁构造了力矩器。然后,基于有限元分析进行了气隙磁场的设计,优化了音圈绕组参数。最后进行了扭矩加载测试,利用砝码进行了力矩标定,电磁力矩器的扭矩载荷范围为5μN·m^500μN·m,噪声当量力矩为0.2μN·m(-28 dB),满足校准需求。Calibration of micro torquer has an important role in precise control and aerospace industry.The current calibration technology based on equal armed lever with electromagnetic torquer is faced with many challenges such as precision,miniaturization and steady.The paper develops an electromagnetic torquer for calibration of high precision dynamic micro torque,which is used in micro torque calibration system specailly for micro and precise method of equal armed lever.First,a torquer is constructed by coil motor,flexile hinge,and equal arm.Secondly,based on finite element analysis,air magnetic field is designed and coil parameters are optimized.Finally,the torque load experiment is performed.The torque is calibrated by standard weights.The torque rang is 5μN·m^500μN·m,while the noise equivalent torque is 0.2μN·m(-28 dB),which meets the demands of micro torque calibration.
