摘　　要：矫形鞋垫作为一种针对柔性扁平足较为常见的治疗方式,对改善平足患者的步态特征及足底压力分布的具有一定的效果。但目前关于矫形鞋垫对于患者骨骼结构矫正的有效性,学者们持有不同的意见。本文总结了近年来学者们对扁平足矫形鞋垫的研究,分析了现有研究成果之间的差异以及其原因,对扁平足矫形鞋垫的设计制作提供参考,为扁平足矫形鞋垫的后续发展方向提出建议。Orthopedic insole,as a common treatment for flexible flatfeet,has certain effect on improving gait characteristics and plantar pressure distribution of patients.However,scholars hold different opinions on the effectiveness of foot orthoses for patients'skeletal structure correction.This paper summarized the studies of the flat foot orthotic insoles in recent years and analyzed the differences between the research to provide suggestions for the design of the flat foot orthotic insoles and developing direction of the further research.
