摘  要:研究了热处理对含0.35%C、1.5%B和1.0%Al的高硼铸钢显微组织和性能的影响。结果发现,在碳钢中加入适量硼和铝元素后,获得了高硬度硼化物加铁素体、珠光体和马氏体组成的复合组织。随着淬火加热温度升高,金属基体由铁素体、珠光体和马氏体的复合组织向单一马氏体组织转化,硼化物由连续状向孤立状分布转化,且硼化物呈现粗化趋势。随着淬火加热温度的升高,基体显微硬度和宏观硬度提高,淬火加热温度超过1000℃后,硬度略有降低。在1000℃进行淬火热处理,可以得到较好的综合性能。采用含铝高硼钢制造的破碎机锤头,使用寿命比Cr15Mo3高铬铸铁锤头提高30%以上,生产成本降低40%以上,推广应用具有较好的经济效益。The effects of quenching temperature on microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of high boron steel containing 0.35%C, 1.5%B and 1.0%Al were investigated. The results show that the solidification structure of cast steel consists of high hardness boride, ferrite, pearlite and a small quantity of martensite, which is fabricated by adding a suitable boron and aluminum element in the low carbon steel. The metallic matrix of high boron steel containing aluminum changes into the single martensite from the composite structure of ferrite, pearlite and martensite along with the increase of quenching temperature. The increase of quenching temperature also leads to the transformation of boride from continuous shape to isolated shape. As the quenching temperature increases, the microhardness of the matrix and macrohardness of high boron steel containing aluminum increase. After the quenching temperature exceeds 1000 ℃, the hardness decreases slightly. Aluminum-containing high boron steel quenching at 1000 ℃ can obtain better comprehensive performance. The crusher hammer made of aluminum-containing high-boron steel has a service life of more than 30% than the Cr15Mo3 high-chromium cast iron hammer, and the production cost is reduced by more than 40%. The promotion and application of aluminum-containing high-boron steel hammer have better economic benefits.
