摘　　要：通过分析擦伤处形貌,分析基板的化学成分、力学性能、显微组织,运用扫描电镜和能谱对擦伤源进行分析。结果表明,以冷轧低碳钢板为基板在制卫星电视接收器时发生的擦伤开裂是由材料中夹杂物引起的。The chemical composition,mechanical properties and microstructure of the substrate were analyzed,the scratch source was analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results show that the scratch cracking of satellite TV receiver made of cold rolled low carbon steel plate is caused by inclusions in the material.
