摘 要:以Q355D钢为研究对象,采用铸坯凝固末端强冷方式进行生产试验,对比分析了正常冷却和铸坯凝固末端强冷两种方式对铸坯中心偏析和中心等轴晶率的影响。试验结果表明:凝固末端强冷较正常冷却铸坯中心偏析曼标评级平均值降低了0.1,中心等轴晶率平均值增加了6%,正常冷却对应的铸坯半宏观偏析在中心部位呈断续线状分布,凝固末端强冷对应的铸坯半宏观偏析散状分布在中心等轴晶区域,这些半宏观偏析可尝试通过适量加大轻压下压下量进一步改善。Taking Q 355D steel as the research object,the production test was carried out by using the strong cooling mode at the solidification end of the slab.The effects of normal cooling and strong cooling mode at the solidification end of the slab on the central segregation and central equiaxed grain rate of the slab were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the average mann scale value of the central segregation of the slab with strong cooling at the end of solidification is 0.1 lower than that of the slab with normal cooling,and the average value of the central equiaxed grain rate is 6%higher than that of the slab with strong cooling at the end of solidification.The semi macro segregation of the slab with strong cooling at the end of solidification distributes in the central equiaxed grain region intermittently and linearly It was further improved by increasing the soft reduction.
