摘  要:转炉炉体在运行过程中被钢水和炉渣不断的侵蚀,为保证转炉安全运行,需要对转炉突发性局部破坏和易损坏的部位进行停炉修补或不停炉维护作业。文章介绍了在顶底复吹转炉炉体维护中通过对转炉炉体、熔池两侧耳轴部位、出钢面及出钢口安装、炉底及炉底接缝等各部位侵蚀特点和维护要求统计分析,根据分析结果采取不同的维护措施和合适的方法,在以低成本方式短时间内达到维护效果,实现了转炉高效安全低成本运行。The converter body is constantly eroded by molten steel and slag in the process of operation.In order to ensure the safe operation of the converter,it is necessary to repair or maintain the sudden local damage and easily damaged parts of the converter.This paper introduces the statistical analysis of the erosion characteristics and maintenance requirements of the converter body,trunnions on both sides of the molten pool,tapping surface and taphole installation,furnace bottom and furnace bottom joint during the maintenance of the top and bottom combined blown converter body.According to the analysis results,different maintenance measures and appropriate methods are adopted to achieve the maintenance effect in a short time at a low cost and realize the high efficiency of the converter Safe and low cost operation.
