摘　　要：9.5岁银狐公犬影像检查发现腹腔有一巨大占位阴影。经临床检查、实验室检查等初步诊断为腹腔肿瘤。经腹腔探查,手术切除脾及附带肿瘤。经病理组织学检查确诊为脾脏血管肉瘤。术后治疗15 d,犬预后良好,体征稳定。Imaging examination of a 9.5-year-old silver fox male dog revealed a huge shadow of the abdominal cavity. It was initially diagnosed as abdominal tumor by clinical examination and laboratory examination. The spleen and incidental tumor were surgically removed by abdominal cavity exploration. The splenic blood vessel was diagnosed by histopathological examination Sarcoma. After 15 d of postoperative treatment, the dog has a good prognosis and stable signs.
