摘 要:为了解我国羊驼十二指肠贾第虫的感染情况,收集我国9个县/市的羊驼养殖基地共484份羊驼粪便样本,提取DNA后,基于核糖体小亚基(SSU rRNA)基因位点对其进行PCR扩增。结果表明:8份样本呈十二指肠贾第虫PCR检测阳性,总感染率为1.7%;9个养殖基地中,6个呈十二指肠贾第虫感染阳性。对成功测序的8条序列进行比对分析,鉴定出2种人兽共患集聚体为集聚体A (n=5)和集聚体B (n=3)。研究表明,我国部分地区羊驼十二指肠贾第虫感染率较低,但存在人兽共患集聚体。To understand the infection of G. duodenalis in alpaca in China, a total of 484 faecal samples from alpaca in nine counties/cities in China were collected, and all DNA were detected by PCR based on the small ribosomal subunit(SSU rRNA) gene of G. duodenalis. Eight samples were positive for G. duodenalis, with the infection rate was 1.7%.Among of nine collection sites, six were positive for G. duodenalis. Eight sequences of G. duodenalis were analyzed, with two zoonotic assemblage were identified assemblage A(n=5) and assemblage B(n=3). Research showed that the infection rate of G. duodenalis in alpaca was low in China, however, alpacas maybe played a zoonotic role of G. duodenalis assemblage A and assemblage B.
