摘　　要：冷应激是奶牛养殖牧场在运营管理中所面临的较为严峻的"环境危机",给奶牛带来的影响不可忽视。文章阐述冬季冷应激对奶牛的危害与牧场的防控措施,为牧场在冬季应对奶牛冷应激工作提供参考。Cold stress is a severe ’environmental crisis’ faced by dairy farms in the operation and management of dairy farms, and the impact on dairy cows cannot be ignored. The article elaborated on the harm of cold stress in winter to dairy cows and the prevention and control measures of pastures, and provided references for the pastures to respond to cold stress of dairy cows in winter.
