血清纤维化指标联合肝功能检测对慢性乙型肝炎病情的临床价值体会

摘　　要：目的:探析血清纤维化指标联合肝功能检测对慢性乙型肝炎病情的临床价值。方法:随机抽取2018年1月至2019年1月本院接收的50例慢性乙型肝炎患者,为观察组,抽取同期50例健康人,为对照组,对2组肝功能指标和血清纤维化指标进行对比。结果:在Ⅳc、PCⅢ、LN、HA方面,观察组相比于对照组高,差异明显(P<0.05);在AST和ALT方面,观察组比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组Ⅳc及LN与肝生化指标无明显关联;HA及PCⅢ与肝功能生化指标以正相关呈现,血清肝纤维化与ALT及AST水平同样以正相关呈现。结论:慢性乙型肝炎临床诊断过程中,联合血清纤维化指标与肝功能检测,可及早诊断慢性乙型肝炎,其为肝纤维化早期诊断和预防提供了数据参考,值得临床进一步采纳与推广。Objective:To explore the clinical value of serum fibrosis index combined with liver function test for chronic hepatitis B.Methods:a total of 50 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as observation group and 50 healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group.Liver function indexes and serum fibrosis indexes were compared between the two groups.Results inⅣc,PCⅢ,LN and HA,the observation group compared with control group,significant difference(P<0.05);In terms of AST and ALT,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Observation groupⅣc and no clear correlation LN and liver biochemical index;HA and PCⅢand liver function and biochemical index in positive correlation,serum liver fibrosis and ALT and AST level also in positive correlation.Conclusion:In the process of clinical diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B,combined with serum fibrosis index and liver function test,chronic hepatitis B can be diagnosed as early as possible,which provides data reference for the early diagnosis and prevention of liver fibrosis,and is worthy of further clinical adoption and promotion.
