摘　　要：文艺创作是社会主义文化建设的重要内容,是国家软实力的重要支撑,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的内在要求。在历史区位、社会经济、文化资源方面,张家口文艺创作的繁荣与发展具有独特的优势和潜力,但也存在明显的不足。因此,制定“文化强市”战略,充分利用文化资源,营造有利的创作环境,多种渠道培育文艺创作人才显得尤为重要。Literary and artistic creation is an important part of socialist cultural construction,and an important support for the country’s soft power,and also the inner requirement for realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Zhangjiakou has its unique advantages and potentialities for the prosperity and development of literary and artistic creation in terms of historical location,social economy,and cultural resources.But there are also obvious shortcomings.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop the strategy of"Culture Strengthening City",make full use of cultural resources,build a favorable creative environment,and cultivate literary and artistic creative talents through various channels.
