摘　　要：针对高可靠电子产品板级电路组件物料在使用过程中需要预处理的需求,结合当前物料预处理管控中存在效率低、精准度差等问题,提出了将工艺要求与信息化系统相结合的物料预处理管控方法,通过构建物料知识库,实现了基于知识库的物料预处理管控,有效解决了管控过程中存在的易出错、效率低、难追溯等问题,提高了物料预处理的效率和精准度,有效提升了高可靠电子组件生产前物料预处理管控的水平,对提高生产过程稳定性、制造质量水平和产品可靠性具有重要意义。In response to the need for pre-treatment process of electronic components on high-reliability PCBA,combined with the low efficiency and poor accuracy of pre-treatment among internal management,the paper proposes the method of pre-treatment processing management of combining process requirement with information system.The pre-treatment processing management based on knowledge base are achieved through constructing a component knowledge base,which effectively solves the problems of error-prone,low efficiency,and difficulty to trace the source in the management process.It improves the efficiency and accuracy of component pre-treatment.In addition,it improves the level of pre-treatment effectively before the production of high-reliability PCBA.This is of great significance to improve the stability of the production process,the level of manufacturing quality and product reliability.
