摘 要:为解决相邻工作面开采时煤柱大量变形、巷道维护困难等问题,针对海湾煤矿三号井与王才伙盘煤矿井田边界煤柱现场条件,对煤柱稳定性进行力学分析,计算了煤柱承载强度与稳定性系数,确定了两个工作面所留设的边界煤柱都处于失稳和残余变形状态;通过数值模拟分析得出:当采用切顶卸压处理后,在工作面二次采动过程中,工作面前方煤柱仅发生零星破坏,有足够的弹性区,且核区率达到65%左右,塑性破坏主要发生在采空区后方,2206工作面10m边界煤柱垂向应力最大为8.0MPa,小于煤柱极限承载,因此煤柱能有效支撑上覆岩层重量并承受附加侧向应力的影响。Aiming at the large number of deformed coal pillars and difficulty in roadway maintenance during the mining of adjacent working faces,according to the field conditions of boundary coal pillars in No. 3 well of Haiwan Coal Mine and Wangcaihuopan Coal Mine,the mechanical analysis of the coal pillars stability is carried out,the bearing strength and stability coefficient of coal pillars are calculated,and the boundary coal pillars reserved in the two working faces are both in the state of instability and residual deformation. The numerical simulation analysis shows that,after the roof cutting and pressure releasing,during the secondary mining in the working face,there is only sporadic damage in the coal pillar in front of the working face,and the coal pillars have enough elastic area,and the core area rate is about 65%. The plastic damage mainly occurs in the rear of the goaf. In 2206 working face,the maximum vertical stress of the 10 m boundary coal pillar is 8. 0 MPa,lower than its ultimate bearing capacity,thus it is capable for supporting the weight of overlying strata and bearing additional lateral stress.
