摘　　要：开展空心村调查,探索空心村改造路径,推进空心村整治,是释放土地存量、缓解城乡建设用地结构性矛盾、改善乡村人居环境和促进乡村振兴的突破口。选择大都市郊区的典型代表——广州市增城区为案例地,首先,分析增城空心村的形成原因及空间分布特征,然后,集聚增城空心村的整治模式,最后,提出未来增城空心村改造的若干建议。To carry out the survey of the hollow village, explore the reconstruction path of the hollow village, and promote the renovation of the hollow village was the breakthrough point to release the land stock,alleviate the structural contradiction of urban and rural construction land, improve the rural living environment and promote the rural revitalization. Zengcheng district of Guangzhou, a typical representative of the suburb of a metropolis, was selected as the case. The formation reasons and spatial distribution characteristics of the hollow village of Zengcheng were analyzed first, then the renovation mode of the hollow village of Zengcheng was concentrated, and finally some Suggestions for the reconstruction of the hollow village of Zengcheng in the future were put forward.
