摘　　要：构皮滩发电厂10 kV开关柜内三相组合式过电压保护器主要作用是防止10 kV系统产生过电压对电气设备绝缘的破坏。自该厂2009年投运以来,三相组合式过电压保护器未开展任何维护试验。结合近期某同类型水电厂10 kV开关柜内三相组合式过电压保护器发生的击穿短路事故,进行分析,针对事故原因制定该厂10 kV开关柜内三相组合式过电压保护器的维护试验项目,并付诸实践,进而消除设备存在的隐患,防止事故的发生。The main function of three-phase combined over-voltage protectors in the 10 kV switch cabinet of Goupitan power plant is to prevent over-voltage produced by the 10 kV system from damaging the insulation of electrical equipment.Since the plant was put into operation in 2009,no maintenance test has been carried out for the three-phase combined over-voltage protector.In connection with a recent breakdown and short circuit accident of three-phase combined over-voltage protector in a 10 kV switch cabinet of a hydropower plant of the same type,a detailed analysis is made,and the maintenance test items of the three-phase combined over-voltage protector in 10 kV switch cabinet of the plant are arranged and implemented based on the cause of the accident,which eliminates the hidden dangers of equipment and prevents accidents.
