摘  要:本文采用了状态点法,针对高低温环境实验箱的具体应用需求,分析设计了极端工况下的系统运行参数。结果表明:蒸发温度为-80℃、冷凝温度为50℃工况下,复叠系统中间温度在-30~0℃的区间,系统性能系数(COP)呈现先增大后减小的趋势;高温制冷循环R448A与低温循环R23组合在中间温度为-23℃时,系统设计的理论COP最高为0.612。最后根据高低温环境实验箱的不同制冷需求,设计了具有双运行模式的复叠制冷系统,达到节能减排的目的。In this paper,the state-point method is used to analyze and design the system operating parameters under extreme conditions according to the specific application requirements of high and low temperature environment test chamber.The results show that under the condition of-80℃evaporation and 50℃condensation temperature,the coefficient of performance(COP)of the cascade system increases first and then decreases when the intermediate temperature is between 0℃and-30℃;When the intermediate temperature of refrigeration combination of R448a and R23 is-23℃,the highest theoretical COP of the system is 0.612.In the end this paper,a cascade refrigeration system with dual operation mode is designed to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction according to the different refrigeration requirements.
