氧化锆全瓷冠修复与金属烤瓷修复对前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复患者牙周状况的影响

摘　　要：目的比较氧化锆全瓷冠修复与金属烤瓷修复对前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复患者牙周状况的改善效果。方法将120例前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。2组均行前牙牙冠延长术治疗,对照组接受金属烤瓷冠修复,观察组接受氧化锆全瓷冠修复,比较2组修复体磨损及折裂、边缘密合度,修复体色泽、形态,牙周健康指数及临时修复体佩戴时间,康复时间。结果2组修复体磨损及折裂优良率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组修复体边缘密合度优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组修复体色泽优良率、形态优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后6个月GI、SBI、PLI均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临时修复体佩戴时间、康复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氧化锆全瓷冠修复较金属烤瓷修复具有更好的修复体色泽、形态,术后患者牙周健康指标明显改善,康复时间明显缩短,适于在临床推广。Objective To compare the effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration and metal-ceramic restoration on the periodontal condition of patients with anterior tooth crown extension.Methods 120 cases of anterior tooth crown lengthening patients with crown restoration were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received anterior crown lengthening treatment,the control group received metal porcelain crown restoration,and the observation group received zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration.The two groups of restorations were compared for wear and tear,edge closeness,restoration color,shape,periodontal health index,temporary restoration wearing time,and recovery time.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the excellent and good rate of wear and fracture between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of edge fitting of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of color and shape of the restoration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GI,SBI,and PLI of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment at 6 months after treatment,and the GI,SBI,and PLI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The wearing time and recovery time of temporary restorations in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration has better restorations in color and shape than metal porcelain restoration.The periodontal health indicators of patients after operation are significantly improved,and the recovery time is significantly shortened.It is suitable for clinical application.
