摘　　要：目的了解河源市龙川县2018—2020年学龄前儿童入园体检营养健康状况,定期对儿童生长发育进行监测及评价,以便早期发现问题进行干预,指导家长做好育儿工作,保障儿童健康成长。方法选取2018年8月—2020年7月学龄前儿童,采用描述性流行病学方法进行资料分析。比较3年间儿童的生长发育指标、视力、牙齿、营养状态等情况。结果2018—2020年体重低下、消瘦的人数变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),超重、肥胖、身高达标的人数逐年递增,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。童屈光异常、龋齿、贫血的人数逐年增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应重视学龄前儿童健康问题,加强儿童保健工作,指导园区老师与家长敦促儿童养成良好的生活、饮食习惯,减低超重、肥胖、屈光不正、视力异常、龋齿等发生率,促进儿童的健康发展。Objective To understand the nutrition and health status of preschool children in Longchuan county of Heyuan city from 2018 to 2020,and monitor and evaluate the growth and development of children regularly,so as to detect problems early and intervene,guide parents to do a good job in parenting,and ensure the healthy growth of children.Methods The data of preschool children from August 2018 to July 2020 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.The growth and development indexes,visual acuity,teeth and nutritional status of children in two years were compared.Results there was no significant difference in the number of underweight and emaciated from 2018 to 2020(P>0.05),while the number of overweight,obesity and height reaching the standard increased year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of children with ametropia,dental caries and anemia increased year by year,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pay attention to the health problems of preschool children,strengthen the health care of children,guide teachers and parents in the park to urge children to develop good living and eating habits,reduce the incidence of overweight,obesity,refractive errors,abnormal vision,dental caries,and promote the healthy development of children.
