摘 要:基于DMDHEU树脂整理后的亚麻织物存在甲醛释放量高的问题,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、乙二胺基乙磺酸钠(AAS)和亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO_(3))为原料,合成封端型水性聚氨酯,并将其应用于亚麻织物的防皱整理。探讨了水性聚氨酯制备的优化工艺,通过红外光谱对合成产物进行表征。结果表明,水性聚氨酯制备的优化工艺为:n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=2.0,70℃预聚反应120 min,AAS用量3%,40℃扩链反应1 h,n(NaHSO_(3))/n(NCO)=2.0。经水性聚氨酯整理后亚麻织物的折皱回复角为151.32°,并且无甲醛释放。Based on the problem of high formaldehyde release from linen fabric after crease resistant finishing with DMDHEU resin,the waterborne end capped polyurethane was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polyethylene glycol(PEG),sodium ethylenediamine sulfonate(AAS)and sodium bisulfite(NaHSO_(3)),which were used in unticrease finishing of linen fabrics.The optimum synthesis process of waterborne polyurethane was investigated,the synthesized products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimal synthesis processes of waterborne polyurethane were as follows:n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=2.0,prepolymerization at 70℃for 120 min,the amount of AAS 3%,chain extension reaction at 40℃for 1 h,n(NaHSO_(3))/n(NCO)=2.0.The crease recovery angle of linen fabric finished with waterborne polyurethane was 151.32°,moreover,the finished linen fabric had no formaldehyde release.
