摘　　要：新中国成立70年来,中国政法文化研究依次经历了新中国成立初期学习与借鉴前苏联等国家的研究成果、理论联系实践的开创性研究、“文化大革命”期间的破坏与停止、改革开放之后的恢复与发展等阶段,呈现出研究视角不断转换、范围不断拓宽、方法不断创新的发展态势。政法文化研究的演变轨迹,反映了各个时期中国共产党的政治主张、政治与司法之间的关系,以及政法系统的功能变化。新中国成立以来政法文化研究的回顾与反思,为廓清新时代政法文化研究的思路、深层触摸政法文化的时代发展脉搏和均衡推进研究的深入开展,提供了清晰的历史视野。In the past 70 years,the study of Chinese political and legal culture has gone through such stages as learning from the Soviet Union and other countries’research results in the early days of the founding of the people’s Republic of China,pioneering research on theory and practice,destruction and stop during the cultural revolution,the recovery and development after the reform and opening up policy,which shows a situation of continuous transformation of research perspective,continuous expansion of scope and continuous innovation of methods.The evolution of the study of political and legal culture reflects the party’s political opinions,the relationship between politics and justice,and the change of the function of political and legal system in different periods.Since the founding of new China,the review and reflection of the study of political and legal culture has provided a clear historical perspective for the research of political and legal culture in the era of outline,deep touch of the development pulse of political and legal culture in the era and balanced promotion of research.
