摘  要:急倾斜中厚煤层综采工作面具有煤层厚度小、“支架-围岩”系统稳定难防控等开采难题,机械化产效优势不明显,亟需矿压及岩层控制等理论来科学指导现场生产,而弄清综采工作面矿压分布演变规律是围岩动力灾害防控及确保高效化机械生产的关键,因此,有必要深入研究急倾斜中厚煤层综采工作面矿压分布规律。采用相似材料实验法及理论分析法,分析支架阻力分布演变及煤岩中压力动态变化规律。结果表明,急倾斜中厚煤层工作面支架阻力中部最大,上部次之,下部最小,支架在升降架时,邻架阻力演变呈区域性异化,降架时,邻架阻力增加幅度上部>中部>下部,重新支撑后,邻架阻力降幅上部>下部>中部,底板压力分布特征为中、下部>上部。工作面两端部侧向支承压力区集中程度不同,回采时,上、下端平均侧向支承压力集中系数为1.39、1.25,顶板垮落时,分别为2.95、1.73,表明上部支承压力集中程度大于下部。In fully mechanized mining face with steeply inclined medium-thick coal seam,the stability of“support-surrounding rock”system is poor,and the advantage of mechanized production is not obvious,so it is urgent to scientifically guide the field production by the theory of mine pressure and strata control,and to clarify the evolution law of mine pressure distribution in fully mechanized mining face is the key to the prevention and control of surrounding rock dynamic disasters and ensure efficient mechanical production.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the strata pressure distribution law of fully mechanized mining face in steeply inclined medium-thick coal seam.By using similar material simulation and theoretical analysis method,the distribution evolution of support resistance and the dynamic change law of pressure in coal and rock strata are analyzed.The results show that the support resistance of mining face with steeply inclined medium-thick coal seam is the largest in the middle,the second in the upper,and the smallest in the lower;when the support is lowered,the increase range of resistance of adjacent support is the upper>the middle>the lower;after the support is re-supported,the decrease range of resistance of adjacent support is the upper>the lower>the middle;the floor pressure distribution characteristics are the middle and lower>the upper.The concentration degree of lateral support pressure area at both ends of working face is different,that is,the average concentration coefficient of lateral support pressure at upper and lower end is 1.39 and 1.25 respectively when mining,and 2.95 and 1.73 respectively when roof caving,indicating that the concentration degree of upper support pressure is greater than that of lower support pressure.
