摘　　要：煤矿巷道工况复杂多变,发生事故后,迅速与井下建立通信联络、时刻了解井下动态是重中之重。为建立有效的井下应急数据通信系统,设计了一种机械式车载光缆铺设装置,可以采用车载方式将成辊光缆展开并快速铺设到指定位置,为井下救援赢得宝贵时间。装置采用纯机械设计,主要包含光缆盘线组件、放线组件、收线组件、支撑组件等组件,各组件相互配合可以完成复杂矿井环境下的通信光缆铺设工作,能够适应高瓦斯、高粉尘等环境复杂多变的煤矿巷道,结构稳定,可以实现快速收放线。该系统可随时根据车辆的行驶状况作出调整,顺应性地进行光缆的释放作业。The working condition of coal mine roadway is complex and changeable.After the accident,it is most important to establish communication with the underground quickly and understand the underground situation all the time.In order to establish an effective underground emergency data communication system,a mechanical vehicle-mounted optical cable laying device is designed,which can spread and quickly lay the optical cable to the designated position by vehicle-mounted mode,so as to win valuable time for underground rescue.The device adopts pure mechanical design,which mainly includes optical cable coil assembly,pay off assembly,take-up assembly and support assembly.All components cooperate with each other to complete the laying of communication optical cable in complex mine environment.The device can adapt to the complex and changeable coal mine roadway with high gas,high dust and other environment,and has stable structure,which can realize the rapid retraction and pay off.The device can also be adjusted at any time according to the driving condition of the vehicle,so as to smoothly lay the optical cable.
