摘 要:为进一步提高煤炭资源回收率,以韩家湾煤矿214201工作面应用沿空留巷开采技术为背景,为确保工作面成功留巷,在工作面实施爆破切顶卸压技术实践。结合煤层顶底板岩石物理力学性质,通过理论分析与现场试验确定切顶卸压爆破技术参数,在实施爆破切顶前采用恒阻大变形锚索加强切顶侧顶板支护,之后采用爆破切缝技术定向切顶卸压。现场监测结果表明,爆破切顶卸压之后,顶板能够按照预定的方向切缝,在工作面回采过程中,通过对留巷支护参数及形式的设计,最终所留巷道效果明显,达到了沿空留巷的目的。In order to further improve the recovery rate of coal resources,taking the application of gob-side entry retaining technology in 214201 working face of Hanjiawan coal mine as the background,the practice of blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology was implemented in the working face,which ensured the success of gob-side entry retaining.Combined with the rock physical and mechanical properties of coal seam roof and floor,the blasting technical parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief are determined through theoretical analysis and field test.Before blasting roof-cutting,constant resistance large-deformation anchor cable is used to strengthen roof support,and then blasting cutting seam technology is used for directional roof cutting and pressure relief.The field monitoring results show that the roof can be cut according to the predetermined direction after the blasting roof cutting and pressure relief.In the mining process of working face,through the design of support parameters of gob-side entry retaining,the effect of roadway support is good,and the purpose of gob-side entry retaining is achieved.
