摘　　要：目的探究盆底肌肉训练在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中的临床康复效果。方法选择2018年7月1日~2019年12月31日于沈阳市妇幼保健院接受治疗的100例女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组仅接受常规康复措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采用盆底肌肉训练。比较两组的盆底肌电活动评分、盆底肌力正常情况及生活质量评分。结果观察组的盆底肌电活动评分、肌肉肌力正常率、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者采取盆底肌肉训练具有显著的临床康复效果,能提高盆底肌电活动,促进盆底肌肉的肌力恢复正常,从而提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle training in female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who received treatment in Shenyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The Patients in the control group received only routine rehabilitation measures,and the observation group adopted pelvic floor muscle training on the basis of the control group.The score of pelvic floor myoelectric activity,normal pelvic floor muscle strength and life quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The score of pelvic floor myoelectric activity,normal rate of muscle strength and life quality score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle training for female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction has significant clinical rehabilitation effect,it can improve the electrical activity of pelvic floor muscle,promote the strength of pelvic floor muscle to return to normal,and thus improve the quality of life.
