摘　　要：在结合传统中医理论和现代医学研究动脉粥样硬化(AS)的思想和成果的基础上,笔者了解了AS的病理学三个阶段,并研究以阶段为导向的AS的差异性治疗,即以疏解肝脏、健脾滋肾为原则的AS斑块形成阶段:以清热解毒为原则的AS斑块稳定阶段、以活血化瘀为原则的AS斑块破裂阶段。笔者建议AS的中医治疗应以现代医学研究成果为基础,根据AS斑块形成和发展的不同阶段采用分期治疗,以提高治疗效果。Based on the theories of traditinal Chinese medicine(TCM)and the thoughts and achievements of modern medical research on atherosclerosis(AS),the author understands the three pathological stages of AS oriented by stages,namely formation stage of AS plaque treat with the principle of regulating the liver,nourishing the kidneys and strengthening the spleen:stable stages of AS plaque on the principle of clearing heat and detoxifying,rupture stages of AS plaque under the principle of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The author suggests that the TCM treatment of AS should be based on the achievements of modern medical research and staged treatment according to the different stages of plaque formation and development,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
