摘　　要：目的探讨手机微信在门诊患者结核菌素(PPD)试验后观察结果中的应用。方法选取江西省胸科医院2019年7~12月收治的800例接受PPD试验的患者作为研究对象,按照动态随机分组法分为对照组(400例)与观察组(400例)。对照组采用常规方式领取观察结果方法,观察组采用手机微信领取观察结果方法。比较两组的领取依从性、满意度以及心理状态。结果观察组干预后的总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的焦虑、恐惧、紧张、失眠以及记忆或注意障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手机微信在门诊患者PPD试验后观察结果中的应用效果显著,不仅能够提升患者结果领取的依从性,还能够提升门诊服务的满意度水平,改善患者的心理和情绪,具有较高的应用价值和推广价值。Objective To explore the application of mobile phone WeChat in the observation of results of tuberculin test(PPD)in outpatients.Methods A total of 800 patients undergoing the PPD test admitted to Jiangxi Thoracic Hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(400 cases)and the observation group(400 cases)according to the method of dynamic randomization.The control group was given the conventional method to receive the observation results,and the observation group was given the mobile phone WeChat to receive the observation results.The compliance,satisfaction and mental state of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety,fear,tension,insomnia and memory or attention deficit score after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of mobile phone WeChat in the observation results of outpatients after PPD test is significant,it can not only improve the compliance of patients with receiving results,but also improve the satisfaction level of outpatient services,greatly improve the psychology and emotions of patients,and which have higher application value and promotion value.
