摘　　要：目的:调查某病例接种卡介苗后,出现的慢性肉芽肿和淋巴结炎症状与接种疫苗间的关联。方法:收集资料,开展预防接种异常反应调查诊断。结果:市级调查诊断专家组对该病例患儿进行预防接种异常反应调查诊断。调查诊断结论为:预防接种异常反应。结论:病例左上臂慢性肉芽肿、淋巴结炎属于预防接种异常反应。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the symptoms of chronic granuloma and lymphadenitis after BCG vaccination.METHODS Data collection was applied.It developed investigation and diagnosis of abnormal reaction of vaccination.RESULTS The municipal investigation and diagnosis expert group carried out the investigation and diagnosis of the abnormal reaction of vaccination on the child.The conclusion of investigation and diagnosis was adverse events following immunization.CONCLUSION Chronic granuloma in the left upper arm and lymphadenitis of the case were belong to the adverse events following immunization.
