摘  要:针对没有内嵌以太网口,只配有RS-232串口或USB接口的数控机床不能连入以太网实时进行数据传输、在线测量、远程监控和故障诊断等问题,设计了一种串口转换系统,在不改变数控机床原有性能的前提下,将RS-232串口转换为TCP/IP网口,可实现数控系统连入以太网,对数控机床进行远程、多点传输数据与过程监控等功能。该串口转换系统由USR-TCP转换器、虚拟串口软件和数据传输软件组成,通过设置硬件连接和软件参数,基于局域网进行了数据传输试验。该串口转换系统可发挥数控机床各项良好的技术性能,为解决中小企业车间数字化升级改造难题提供参考。Aiming at the problem that CNC machine tools without embedded Ethernet port,only equipped with RS-232 serial port or USB port,can’t be connected to Ethernet to realize real-time data transmission,online measurement,remote monitoring and fault diagnosis,a serial port conversion system was studied.The RS-232 serial port was converted into TCP/IP network port without changing the original performance of the CNC machine tools,CNC system was connected to Ethernet,remote and multi-point transmission of data and process monitoring were realized.The serial port conversion system consists of USR-TCP converter,virtual serial port software and data transmission software.The methods of hardware connection and software parameter setting were listed.The experiment of data transmission based on LAN was carried out.The serial port conversion system can give play to the CNC machine tools good technical performance,provide reference for the small and medium-sized enterprises in the workshop digital upgrading problems.
