摘  要:整体式多级离心压缩机中转子系统的稳定性与可靠性至关重要,以其中的大齿轮转子为研究对象,建立其受载计算模型。基于该模型,进行承载特性的研究,分析大齿轮转子在不同负荷下的轴心位置和轴承支撑参数的变化对固有频率的影响规律,并对大齿轮转子在不平衡条件下的位移响应进行计算。以改善热处理质量和提高加工精度为目的,对大齿轮转子的关键制造工艺进行分析,为大齿轮转子的精密制造技术提供依据。The stability and reliability of rotor system are the key indicators in integrally multistage centrifugal compressors.Taking the bull gear rotor as the object of the study,the calculation model with load was established.Based on the model,the rotor’s loading characteristic was researched,and the influence rules of the axis location and the bearing supporting parameters in different loads on the natural frequency were analyzed.Besides,the displacement responses of bull gear rotor were also calculated in unbalance condition.What’s more,with the purpose of improving the quality of heat treatment and enhancing the machining accuracy,the key manufacturing process of bull gear rotor was also analyzed,which can provide a method for precision manufacturing technology of bull gear rotor.
