摘  要:以降低某柴油机振动为目标对柴油机机体进行结构改进,并对改进后的机体进行振动分析。使用HyperMesh软件生成机体和曲轴的高质量有限元模型,结合ANSYS软件进行机体模态分析并制作曲轴柔性体文件;在ADAMS软件中建立曲轴连杆机构刚柔耦合模型,求解作用于机体的动态载荷;在ANSYS Workbench软件中进行机体瞬态动力学分析,从振动剧烈部位入手改进机体结构;对改进后的机体进行振动分析和柴油机振动实验,证明了结构改进的有效性。In order to reduce the vibration of the diesel engine,the structure of the diesel engine block was improved,and the vibration of the improved diesel engine block was analyzed.The HyperMesh software was used to generate the high quality finite element model of the diesel engine block and crankshaft,combining with ANSYS software to carry out the modal analysis of the diesel engine block and making the flexible body file of the crankshaft.The rigid flexible coupling model of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism was established in ADAMS software to solve the dynamic load acting on the diesel engine block.In ANSYS Workbench software,the transient dynamic analysis of the diesel engine block was carried out,and the structure of the diesel engine block was improved from the violent vibration part.The vibration analysis of the improved diesel engine block and the vibration experiment of the diesel engine proved the effectiveness of the structural improvement.
