摘 要:为了提高数控龙门铣床横梁的静动态特性,提出了一种基于灵敏度分析与中心组合设计(Central Composite Design,CCD)相结合的方法对横梁结构进行优化设计。在对横梁进行受力分析的基础上建立横梁的有限元模型,选择关键尺寸对横梁进行静动态特性的灵敏度分析。根据灵敏度分析结果,选择对横梁的静动态特性影响比较大的尺寸进行CCD试验设计,建立响应面模型,以总变形量最小、1阶固有频率最大和质量最小为优化目标对横梁进行多目标优化设计。优化结果表明:横梁在质量减轻的前提下,其静动态特性得到不同程度的改善,为其他结构的优化设计提供了一种新思路。In order to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of the crossbeam of the CNC gantry milling machine,a method based on sensitivity analysis and Central Composite Design(CCD)was proposed to optimize the design of the crossbeam structure.Based on the force analysis of the crossbeam,the finite element model of the crossbeam was established,and the key dimensions were selected for the sensitivity analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the crossbeam.According to the sensitivity analysis results,the dimensions that had a greater impact on the static and dynamic characteristics of the crossbeam were selected for CCD test design,the response surface model was established.Multi-objective optimization design was carried out on the crossbeam,taking the minimum total deformation,maximum first-order natural frequency and minimum mass as the optimization objectives.The optimization results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the crossbeam are improved to different degrees under the premise of reduced mass,which provides a new idea for the optimization design of other structures.
